Ronhill Running Ronhill Mens Stride Cargo Lightweight Running Shorts are popular with both road and trail runners. This is the latest version of the shorts which won the coveted Men's Running Magazine Gold Award for Run Shorts and have now been updated with a larger stretch back security pocket and 2 long gel shot pockets. The main body fabric is Flexlite with four way stretch which is durable, lightweight, breathable, comfortable and wind resistant. The stretch fabric ensures excellent body movement when running up steep hills or negotiating obstacles; the fabric is quick drying so it is unlikely to stick to your legs. These running shorts have a quality, soft feel, inner brief for modesty & exceptional comfort when running long distances. The fabric is treated with Bamboo charcoal which has natural anti-bacterial properties to help prevent infection and bad odours. The polyester fabric efficiently wicks away perspiration and is also quick drying. Two long elasticated pockets are great for storing gel shots safely so they cannot fall out when on the move. The Strde Cargo shorts also feature an elasticated waist band with draw cord for a perfect fit. Reflective print graphics help to improve road safety. A zipped stretch security pocket with self locking zip at the back can be used for keys, phone or even a packed down wind jacket.

The main body of the shorts is made from Flexlite fabric with mechanical stretch. This ensures the shorts are a good fit & remain comfortable when making high step movements running up steep hills or negotiating obstacles.
Flexlite is hard wearing, lightweight, breathable, & wind resistant with good moisture transfer. Hence perspiration is quickly wicked to the outside of the garment where it evaporates to give cooling and help regulate body temperature.
Square cut design in a woven fabric.
The inner brief helps to keep your bits in place during exercise and is made from a soft, luxurious feeling polyester fabric impregnated with Bamboo Charcoal for improved hygiene/odour resistance. Bamboo has natural anti-bacterial properties. The fabric is light and strong with excellent wicking properties for comfort and performance.
Flat Bonidex stretchable waist band with draw cord for a perfect fit.
Reflective graphics are printed on the fabric for road safety.
A zipped security pocket in the centre back location is good for keys, money & phone if required. Alternatively the stretch mesh fabric will expand to 600 ml to accomodate a lightweight packable jacket or gilet.
These shorts have two long, elasticated stretch mesh pockets for giving easy access to gel shots which are great for long distance running.
The use of pockets ensures the gel shots cannot fall out whilst running.

Washing Instructions:

Machine wash at 30C as for synthetic delicates;
Wash dark colours seperately:
Do not use bleach;
Do not dry clean;
Suggest you drip dry away from heat although tumble drying can be used on a low heat setting;
Cool iron only and do not iron logos & reflective print graphics.

The rear zipped security pocket has a self locking zip so you need to left the puller to unlock it.
The stretch pocket fabric is 72% polyamide (tough durable nylon) and 28% elastane for long lasting stretch and recovery.
The side panels (100% polyester with mechanical stretch) are highly breathable with a mesh which can only be seen if you hold the panels up to the light.
