These wind and water resistant, Sprayway ladies walking trousers, are comfortable, good looking, hiking pants with high breathability. They have soft feel TecWeave two way stretch nylon fabric. The use of lightweight stretch fabric ensures easy movement over rough terrain allowing high stepping action over boulders and up steep slopes when hiking. Also, with soft fabrics throughout, the Sprayway Escape Pant, is very comfortable and quiet i.e. the pant does not russle or crackle. Features include a fly and button fastening with three mesh lined pockets for ventilation.  The bottom of each pocket is reinforced with TecWeave fabric to prevent holes forming. These lightweight hiking trousers look great and feel great.

Washing Instructions:

  • Before washing, close all zips, undo buttons, check pockets and linings for loose or sharp objects.
  • Turn garment inside out to reduce abrasion so avoiding contamination by fibres from other garments during the washing cycle.
  • Wash at 30 C; you can hand wash with soap such as Dreft or if machine washing please use either Nikwax Tech wash or Grangers equivalent. This protects the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish which will be damaged if detergent is used.
  • Drip dry
  • Iron on the coolest setting only

  • TecWeave 135 Stretch fabric is 96% nylon (polyamide) which has excellent durability and is blended with 4% Spandex which gives great stretch properties for easy movement and an excellent fit.
  • This gives ultimate fit and comfort for all outdoor walking and hiking activities.
  • A tight weave ensures good wind resistance with good sun protection at a UPF rating of 50+
  • The fabric is quick drying and has a durable Water Repellant WR treatment to the outside of the garment. Hence the trousers will shed a light shower or two whilst your on the move and are slow to wet out in torrential rain.
  • Perspiration is wicked away quickly and water vapour can pass straight through so the breathability is excellent.
  • Quick Dry Properties ensure that the fabric does not stick to your legs for too long following torrential rain.  This gives easy movement, comfort and warmth in difficult conditions.
  • The fast wicking properties also help to regulate body temperature as perspiration is wicked to the outside where it evaporates to provide cooling.  Conversely, because the fabric dries quickly it also provides some warmth as the body cools following exercise.
